Hello and welcome!

Hello and welcome to the Alpha Sports Coaching Blog. The purpose of this blog is to introduce myself and the musings I have around Sport, Fitness, health and everything in between!

So who am I?

My name is Adam, and I am the founder of Alpha Sports Coaching. I have been involved in Sport for as much of my life as I can remember from my playing days to now as a coach. I have worked in the fitness industry in Ireland for the last 9 years. In that time I have worked as a swim coach, running coach, triathlon coach and strength and conditioning coach.

Over the next 5 months I hope to cover a series of topics which can be of benefit to you in all aspects of your life, These topics will sometimes be sport specific, General fitness related or Strength and Conditioning content. I hope you find them interesting and helpful!
